Membership in the Primary Health Care Clinician (PHCC) Class of the ACT Medicare Local is limited to PHCC’s who are Registered Health Practitioners practising in the ACT who are not GPs, and other recognised health professionals practising in primary health care in the ACT approved by the Medicare Local.
