29/11/2011 - ACT Chief Health Officer update - The outbreak of measles has progressed and to date 12 cases have been notified, eight in Orana students and four from the community, including one case in a medical practice staff member.

Two cases of measles have been diagnosed in ACT school students in Weston.

Measles is highly communicable to unvaccinated people and those who have not had naturally acquired infection.
