MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC would like to invite you and your colleagues to a health education session aimed at assisting you to optimise treatment outcomes and develop important lifestyle strategies for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other chronic neurological disorders. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of all of the speakers.
The program outline includes:
- Experiences of living with MS
- ESSENCE of Good Health
- Mindfulness Meditation
- Applying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Managing Pain and Fatigue in MS
- Eating Well and Staying Healthy with MS
- Understanding Cognitive Impairment and MS in Rehabilitation Settings
- Rehabilitation in MS
